Payment
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express via our secure server.
Sales Tax
No sales tax is charged except for customers who live in the state of Georgia. We are required to charge 6% sales tax for items shipping to Georgia.
Pre-Order Items
We do list some of our items for Brands that are not discontinued but just placed on backorder in the store as "Pre-Order" items. Through customer demand you're now able to purchase these items so that you may recieve them soon as possible.
If you contact us we can give you an estimated date as to when the product is supposed to be recieved and shipped out. Keep in mind this date is only estimated and can change due to the manufacturer and is completely out of our control.
Out of Stock Items
On the rare occasion that an item you do purchase is not listed as a pre-order item and has become unavailable we will promptly notify you to discuss your preferences before processing your order. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours we will assume you wish to continue and will proceed with processing your order.
Shipping
We can only ship to the Continental US (lower 48 states) and are not able to ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
All orders will ship directly to you from the manufacturer. Orders are sent out as quickly as possible. Your purchase is expected to ship within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday). You can expect to receive your purchase within 2-5 business days from shipment.
Returns Policy
We do guarantee the quality of our products. We do not accept returns on count of the various return policies of all of our manufacturer policies; However we will replace any items that are defective within 5 days of delivery. Any used or washed items will not be replaced.
If your purchased item/items are defective you must contact us within 5 days of delivery receipt for an RMA number. If you return your purchase without contacting us first you are not entitled to a refund. You the customer are responsible for return shipping cost and your refund will be issued after your purchase is recieved and accepted. All items must be unused, in new condition and contain all the packaging that came with the purchase for a full refund.
Please also note that the shipping rates for your purchase is based on the total of your order. In the event that you need to return your purchase you will not be refunded actual shipping charges.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your purchase, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Cancellations
Your order starts processing as soon as your order is placed. If you want to cancel your order please contact us soon as possible and we will try to accomodate you but it is not gauaranteed.
